I went online the night before (very nice website by the way) and then spoke with Heather on the phone. When I pulled into the lot, I was greeted by Sandi and quickly knew I was in the right place. She didn't meet me with a 'sales pitch', she was really just trying to help. Sandi was the most patient, knowledgeable, courteous, quick witted, helpful person I have come across in a long time. Heather soon joined us and filled Sandi in on what we had reviewed the night before. Sandi then proceeded to show me every car and option in the lot. This was great. Sandi stayed attentive and kept me feeling comfortable. Once I had chosen the vehicle I wanted, she went above and beyond making sure I understood everything about my new car. Unexpected Surprise The day I went into the Kia dealership I was actually just going to order parts. But this day ended up being a little bit better. I walked into the service department and just wanted to ask about my "Warranty Forever" plan, and order parts. Mr. Kevin explained the plan, as well as offered the "Black Friday" special that was going on that day (something I had no idea about). I agreed it was a good idea to get it done. So I was also able to talk with Steve about ordering parts, his knowledge with the cars made it quick and painless. And then while waiting it was a pleasure to speak with the wonderful Ms. Alyssa about her Kia Soul and other topics. This bunch was a great deal of fun to work with.
