I was a bit intimidated going to a car dealership on my own, but he made me feel comfortable and was extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything to me and went over every feature of my new car with me. The dealership team even stayed after closing to ensure I received the best deal and never made me feel like a nuisance. It was at this time we meet Jim Monaghan, his demeanor was comfortable, relaxed and friendly and in minutes he had me at easy, when I asked him questions he was straight forward and I was impressed with his eagerness to find us what we were looking for, Jim know your inventor at your other stores. Purchasing a car is not generally a pleasant undertaking, but I must say, your staff made the experience pleasant. Leaving me to believe that your service will also be as rewarding as a consumer.
