DONT VISIT OR DEAL WITH ! IF MUST, INSPECT VEHICLE THROUGHLY TOP, BOTTOM, INSIDE, OUT !! Paint flaw on vehicle only 3k miles. Wouldnt respond & got lied to numerous times. Had IF MUST, INSPECT VEHICLE THROUGHLY TOP, BOTTOM, INSIDE, OUT !! Paint flaw on vehicle only 3k miles. Wouldnt respond & got lied to numerous times. Had 2 visit 3 times, was told Jeep denied claim which should since was not factory issue. Got 5 different excuses as reason, then finally GM said to take to get estimate which we did. Sent it in & dealership refused, turns out vehicle was involved in accident but never reported. Dealership attempted repair & caused defect in paint then LIED about it when asked. Bodyshop found evidence of damage to left front hood, grill & fascia. Paint defects on ALL areas. Dealership KNEW since GM let it slip that " they had touched up" so again, another lie! Tried to give them out by just correcting hood, now they say "split" cost..so SAVE YOURSELF TIME & HEADACHES - GO TO ANOTHER DEALER !! IF you must use this dealer..go over vehicle with fine-toothed comb, every inch !! More
