I rate this deal an A++ because i had just came from a bad experience with another dealer ship and when i got to this one i didn't have the people jumping down my back. I just bought a Jeep Wrangler from Mr. Walter Smith and I had a wonderful experience! I was extremely worried that we wouldn't be able to make a deal because my trade-in was less than a year old and I felt had a wonderful experience! I was extremely worried that we wouldn't be able to make a deal because my trade-in was less than a year old and I felt like I would be too upside-down in order to make anything work. Walter was never pushy or rude and really let me call the shots. I'm an experienced car buyer (and picky about my salesmen) and he really trailored himself to me and my husbands needs. He had a very calm demeanor which seemed to also calm my nerves as well. His confidence in his dealership made us feel very reassured that we were making the right decision. The floor manager Frank was super flexible and kind to us. He made the deal perfect for us and my husband and I were very happy in the end!! He also took the time to come over and get to know us a little more personally. I can tell that he is a great manager because he listened to what Walter was relaying to him and he backed his salesmans' agreement. This also shows a lot about the dealership because it proves that the management and sales personnel are working together towards a common goal. I have been in dealerships before when you can just feel the tension between the employees and management and you basically can't wait to leave. This certainly isn't the case with Boniface Hiers in Merritt Island! Our finance officer Mike was also wonderful. We were concerned with our credit scores but he was also confident that he could keep his word on his deal no matter what...and that is exactly what he did. I have also dealt with Craig Hiers on the service side. He is very helpful as well and very patient with customers and their complaints. I always enjoy coming in to talk to him about my concerns about my new Jeep because I know that he won't judge me and he's very kind no matter who he's talking to. As soon as I bought my Jeep I immediately wanted to start adding things to it, so I made another stop at parts and got to meet Mike. Mike is another wonderful employee! We looked through the Jeep books for different options for the 100 different things I was thinking of and he found me all the prices I wanted. I never felt like I was bothering him or taking up his time. He was excited to look for different parts just like I was! Everyone that I talked to was very calm and helpful and I know that this was probably one of the biggest factors that helped me. Most dealership salesmen are pushy, eager to make a deal, and the financial side usually never ends up sticking to what you agreed to. This is not the case with Boniface Hiers. They kept their word throughout the entire process and never pushed us to buy a vehicle from them. We really felt like they had our best interests in mind. I would obviously highly recommend this dealership, and my salesman Walter, to anyone interested in buying a Jeep, Dodge or Chrysler vehicle. Mr. A.J. Hiers really knows how to pick good employees!!! I want to personally thank Frank Liquori most of all for putting in the endless effort getting me financed. I was up against the gun of having to turn my Ford lease in, and Ford couldn't get me qualified to get another truck. Even though I never missed a payment and was never late, because of my credit score drop in the interim due to a divorce they just couldn't get the deal done. From the time I gave Frank the information he needed it took almost 6 days to get me qualified, which I was getting disgusted because I know you can get an answer in just hours or less. Frank kept on them for answers why they wouldn't do it never giving up not to mention my countless disgusted phone calls to him. In all this Frank never once raised his voice or shouted back at me, he kept his cool and Professionalism In my opinion this was a deal that couldn't get done. I will say he is the most tenacious person I have met for the position he is in. But his street savvy attitude and tenacious personality got me done. He held the truck I wanted for the whole time period never given up. I own a Construction Company with many employees so I know how hard it is to find people like this guy, all I can say is you have a real winner behind that counter. Mike's interest in working with us was obvious as we indicated from the beginning that we were a motivated buyer. Our trade-in vehicle was in the service bay and we were facing a ~$1500 service charge w indicated from the beginning that we were a motivated buyer. A pleasurable experience on the negotiation which ended in a fair price and great financing. More
