Ed Hennessey and Brian took care of me and believe it or not, it was a pleasure working with both of them. The whole process was streamlined to a point of not hanging out at the dealership all day. We did it less than an hour. I have bought many cars in the past but this was enjoyable. I also had some service on the new purchase and that also went very well and they are fast! I have recommended the dealership to other MOPAR car enthusiasts telling them about the dealership and service. However, we had a situation in which he made a mistake and identified the engine size as a 2.4 instead of a 2.0. I did not recognize this until after i returned home after the purchase. The next day, the sales manager, Gordon, immediately addressed this situation in which Tommy owned up to his mistake and i was impressed by that. As a result, Gordon made an adjustment on the vehicle price. I feel that this is a dealership that i would do business with again in the future based on how they can take a problem and find a solution. I am thankful Carl John recommended me to do business with this dealership as he has been servicing my dear friend Mark Fontaine for many years. One thing i would like to point out as we financed a portion of this vehicle for my daughter to develop credit, that anyone that served our country that has USAA should be informed that they might be able to help them in the financing their car at a rate our veterans deserve. New Jeep I wanted to work with a dealership that already had a 5 star rating and they did not disappoint. I dealt with them mostly through email and text and I wanted to work with a dealership that already had a 5 star rating and they did not disappoint. I sent them what I wanted and they special ordered my vehicle and still gave me invoice price. Jeep arrived earlier than expected and they even delivered it to my house.
