Went above and beyond for me I dropped my vehicle off for repair on a Friday only to find that the dealership needed a part not available until the following Wednesday or Thursday I dropped my vehicle off for repair on a Friday only to find that the dealership needed a part not available until the following Wednesday or Thursday. I decided to leave the the vehicle and use my wife’s car for the week. I was surprised to get the call the next day that the work was complete. I was also surprised to find out that the shop foreman (Jim Moran) had made extra effort to get the parts and then brought someone in on a Saturday to get the work done. That is FANTASTIC customer service. Thanks Jim. More

Ross was very friendly and professional. Within less than 24 hours, he contacted me with the results of the shop's troubleshooting, plus a repair estimate. The work was completed satisfactorily (overall), within the time frame I requested, plus he relayed from the technicians some recommended future repair items. On the way out, I also talked with Jim, the shop foreman, who wanted to ensure I had enjoyed a positive experience at the service center. He spoke well of his technicians. I will be back within a year to complete the recommended repair items. More

Broken radiator over flow cap On holidays from Canada and I was loosing coolant. Called the dealer to see if the part was in stock and it was. Jim removed the broken cap with players as I had no tools. He was very friendly and professional. Did have a recall that they took care very quickly and appreciated that they took care of but 3 miles down the road had to turn around and go back for a low coolant light coming on but was quickly taken care of and back on the road, so how do you think my visit went? More
