Customer service sucks 2017 Ram ran fine until I took it in for recall. Then engine light came on a day after getting it back and 4 wheel drive quit the next day. They said someone put diesel in DEF and it was probably vandalized and we should file a insurance claim. Who would know that would cause damage in the range of 5k.out of my pocket. Truck ran great until I took it there. We asked to speak with manager they took our number and said he will call, never called. Went on line asked them to call, never called. Called corporate they told them to call they didn’t. They SUCK! If it was vandalized it happened there! More

Bumpy start, good finish I purchased a 2015 Jeep Wrangler Sahara. Sales Part: Salesman was ok, as was the financing. The vehicle was empty on gas and they gave me a $15.0 I purchased a 2015 Jeep Wrangler Sahara. Sales Part: Salesman was ok, as was the financing. The vehicle was empty on gas and they gave me a $15.00 voucher for gas so that gave me about 1/4 tank. I admit I expect more out of a professional dealership, since this wasn't some used car lot but it wasn't the end of the world. I think if you are paying over $30,000.00 they can at least have a decent amount of fuel in the vehicle. The bigger issue was the Radio/Navigation system did not work. I stopped by and they looked at it and they advised me they would contact me. After that I had no contact for a week, but they did order a new radio and put it in. Jim did an outstanding job and turned things around. Time will time, but overall they seemed like a good crew but I only had contact with a couple of people. More
