I decided that Since I knew the car I wanted and knew what I wanted to pay and what I wanted for my trade that I would be able to purchase a car without even entering the dealership! That’s what I did! I called and spoke to Kirk and he was wonderful - he did t pressure me to come in and communicated with me by phone and text! That’s what I call customer satisfaction! We worked everything! No long hours at the dealer and no pressure! I told him what I wanted and they delivered and I picked up my car after work ! Walked in traded my car and signed paperwork and I was off! I was impressed by both the Sales manager and Kirk with their professionalism and willingness to work a deal without having me in the showroom. Thank you again and I love my Jeep! More
Love the service department!!!!! I recently had the experience of rapidly losing air from one of my tires. I made it to Boniface Heirs service department and Ross and Ilona both came I recently had the experience of rapidly losing air from one of my tires. I made it to Boniface Heirs service department and Ross and Ilona both came to my rescue. They worked in tandem to get my tire problem addressed before it was too low to drive into the service bay. I was there for no more than 20 minutes and left after $50 dollars. I can't tell you how impressed I was and am. More
Never Again I purchased a 2017 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk July 2017. October 2018 and battery died. Cost for diagnostic and new battery $391. Highly Unsatisfactory Service Dropped my car off for service for recalls and minor steering issues. Primary reason was a malfunctioning MDS system. The other issues were secondary. Average mileage was down 5 mpg on a car that I drive 150 miles a day in. Long story short, after $2000 out of pocket and leaving my car with them for a week, the problem is still not fixed. A problem was (mis?) diagnosed and repaired but they never cared to verify that the problem was solved. A 10 minute drive on the highway would have told them so as you can simply hear it and feel it malfunction. Highly unacceptable. No commitment to quality at all or even an apparent attempt at it. Would NOT recommend. Not to mention the fact that they charged 5 times what I paid for brake rotors when I did them myself (250/set versus 50). That was expected, though. However, I also expected my vehicle to be properly repaired after renting a vehicle for a week to give them time to do it. This site makes you give at least one star. However, in this instance, they deserve zero. More
Excellent Dealership with Great People My wife and I have bought many vehicles over the years from the Boniface Hiers dealerships and have always been pleased with their professionalism. We just purchased a new 2018 Ram truck and worked with salesman, Larry Waughtel. Larry was very helpful and provided his expertise to ensure that we bought the right truck to pull our new RV, a 16k lb fifth wheel. Larry's knowledge of trucks was key to making this purchase very smooth. And making the sale was not the end of his customer service. The truck we selected did not have side steps, so Larry had them ordered and expected them to be in the following day. Larry called on the next morning to let us know that, while he would be off that day he would have Jim Moran, the Service shop foreman call when the side steps came in. As promised, Jim Moran called and let me know that the steps were in and I could bring the truck in for immediate installation. I arrived at the dealership 20 minutes later and was greeted by Jim who took the new truck right in to the service area. He invited me to sit in the lounge, saying that it may take an hour or more to complete the installation. Thirty five minutes later Jim walked in to the customer lounge to say the truck was finished. I was very impressed by the service I received. Both Larry Waughtel and Jim Moran are major assets to the Boniface Hiers organization. Every time I have gone into this dealership they treat me like family. I can't say enough good things about the service department. Craig and Ross are always attentive to my needs as a customer. Craig always treats my car as if it was his. Thanks Boniface Hiers for the outstanding Service over the many years of our relationship. More
