The next morning I was at the dealership where Brian Radcliff, Sales, greeted me like an old friend and eventually caught me side glancing the Corvettes. After a test drive and working the numbers, I drove away in a new, 2019 Corvette, thus realizing my lifelong dream of being in the rarefied air of Corvette ownership. I returned the next day and bought my daughter an immaculate, pre-owned, low mileage car with “Warranty Forever”. I also had the privilege to meet and chat with A.J. Hiers, a true gentleman, who shared some wonderful memories of his lifetime in the car business. After several mins told they could get me in anyway. 2 hours approximately for an oil change and 5 pt inspection!! I found my email with my appointment reminder only to have service tell me they’re having a problem with the appt system!! Why would you use it then!! So Bob gets me in after going over all of what I had asked for on appt. with also trying to sell me on the $89 diagnostic reading because I've had the check engine light on for 6 years now! (I was told by a car repair man they have that fixed to come on so you get the regular maintinences done. I cant afford those so I just make sure I get regular oil chgs and inspections.) After waiting (in the most uncomfortable waiting service area ever) for 1 and 1/2 hours I thought I would check on it. It was sitting in pick up area. Cashier said it wasnt showing ready yet but she would check. It was done but he had not turned in paperwork yet. (How much longer would I have waited?) I paid, talked to no one reguarding what they found and just left. Got a call about 20 mins. later from Bobby telling me what happened, apoloigized and proceded to say I needed about $1,000 worth of work done on it. Also I was over charged so had to be put on hold 3 times to get that straightened out and credited. Never mentioned my brakes which I also asked to be checked.I ASKED. He replied oh those are fine. So I wonder were thry checked? I will be taking this car in to another repair facilitiy for 2nd opion! Sad that I have to do that. Miss my dealership in Rosewell NM... Very disappointed with this dealership and hadn’t been here in a while because of it. Thought I would give it a try again... Nope still disappointed. Won’t be back!! More
They will rip you off don't trust their service department If I could give this service department zero stars I would. I took my Silverado 1500 in for Warranty repair after my mechanic looked at it and said i If I could give this service department zero stars I would. I took my Silverado 1500 in for Warranty repair after my mechanic looked at it and said it was a broken lifter which was covered by my 100k power train coverage. They repaired the lifter and charged me $800 for a fuel injector which my mechanic had already tested as good. I had no choice but to pay for it and get my truck back. I also, asked for the old part and they said they had already thrown it away. I drove the truck a mile and the check engine light came back on. They took it back in the shop and said I needed 3 more fuel injectors to get the fuel mixture corrected at a cost of over 2k more. They also suggested I should probably change all the fuel injectors since the others would probably need to be replaced soon. My truck only has 71k miles and I have never had to replace injectors on the same engine in my previous truck with over 200k miles. I told them to hand me the keys and left. I took the truck back to my mechanic and he replaced a $194 O2 sensor and everything has been fine since. I have filed a complaint with GM and am asking for a refund. DO NOT bring your car to this dealership they are a bunch of crooks!!! More
Best Car Buying Experience I visited Rosner because my old car got totaled, and Tara took what could've been a terrible experience for me and turned it into a great one. The entire time I was working with her she was always looking out for my best interest, and I never once felt rushed in the process. She went above and beyond many times to help me out, including coming in on her day off, and assisting me with my rental car. There was a less expensive car at another dealership that I had considered, but I chose to go with this one because I wanted to work with Tara (and I'm glad that I did). She is amazing at what she does. Ask for Tara when you visit Rosner if you want a positive and personable experience! More
