Excellent! Had a non-warranty tire issue on my new car which I bought new in January. Poor sales and management experience! I brought my 07 LTZ in for service for the first time under Boniface Hiers Chev, on June 5,2019. I met the service adviser and I informed him my a/c w I brought my 07 LTZ in for service for the first time under Boniface Hiers Chev, on June 5,2019. I met the service adviser and I informed him my a/c was acting up and he pulled up my extensive service history from the previous dealership. I informed him I was trading it in once the a/c was fixed. He I formed me his dad was the used car manager next door in the new auto side. So he called him over and met me I informed him I dropped around 24,000.00 into my 07 LTZ in the past 1 year here with the previous dealership's owner and I wanted to get it appraised for a cash or trade in value. The used car manage I formed me to bring it to him once it was out of the service department. So the service adviser informed me it would cost 1,059.00 to replace the a/c condenser and I said get it done repair took 6 hours and I waited. I also order another 500.00 in parts for some interior replacement items to enhance my I interiors value for trade in. I received my vehicle back as I waited for it and it now blew cold a/c. I thanked the service adviser for taking care of me.....job well done.....well that's were it all went down from here. I went next door to meet the used car manager however, he was not there a phone was made and I was sent to Dave Jacobs and Anthony Castle, I informed them clearly I needed and appraisal and unfortunately the used car manager was not there so I sat down and he took my information tried to pull me up in the computer but had no luck, however the service was able to pull me up with no problems and so was parts. So, he wrote everything down, I requested 2016-18 GMC YUKON XL Denali exterior white dark interior with automatic running boards. He asked me what was I looking to spend I replied around 46,000.00 cash no financing. He said he would pass it on the the used car manager. ( I observed Mr Heirs on the show room floor who saw me sitting at the desk while he was on his cell phone but did not come over to introduce himself) Two days later I did not here from the manager so I returned to pick up those 500.00 interior parts I ordered came next door new car side asked for the used car manager as he was out again, spoke with a salesman who again took all my information and requested info... 2 more days went by I came back finally the used car manager was there and took my 07 LTZ for a ride came back and he said wow very nice 07, LTZ, however I will have to do to some research on the value I will get back to you probably tomorrow. I said ok great.......never heard back until 4 days I received an email with one 18 Denali without 2 of the options I requested, still no appraisal on my 07 suburban neither, I replied with once again, exterior color interior color and OEM wheels with the automatic running boards. Jacob replied with I will see what I can find........that was the last email I received.....so I returned back to parts and ordered 2 interior push pins as I listed my 07 on autotrader and was getting lots of hits and even a rep from Boniface Heirs Mazda dealership was wanting me to bring it to her for an inspection as they wanted it however here a the Boiface Heirs Chev dealership they were dropping the ball fir the past 2 weeks. While ordering the pin in parts just so happens one of the same reps I was sent to by the used car manager was standing a parts he said Hi hows it going I replied well I listed my 07 online and believe I have it sold tomorrow which now 2 weeks since I came to you for an appraisal in which I still dont have...he then opened his phone and tried to look up my info...but that was the end of the conversation. Until Thursday I attempted to reach out one more time to the used car manager and was told he was looking for my requested vehicle and was waiting on a call back by 5:00 and I would be called again no call no email,....at this point Boniface Heirs Chev failed on many levels, So I sold my 07 LTZ, on that following Tuesday have a family of 5 and need a replacement SUV fast, So I went online found 4 of the exact requested vehicles from Jackson to Miami, I started calling dealership and bought one for cask at 62,000.00 in Tampa on June 14th, received email from Jacob stating it was impossible to locate my SUV. I replied bought one in Tampa on my on this past Saturday. No reply!..... Poor experience! .Not only did Boniface Hiers loose my deal but I have a friend wanting a 2018 LTZ Suburban, however, lost that deal as well!.... Not a good experience on my first visit,however the Service Department experience at Boniface-Hiers Chevrolet was exceptional on June 5, 2019! More

Dave went above and beyond to help my dad buy a new vehicle. Treated you like a friend not just another customer. Erin was expedient and explained things in detailed. She took the time to make sure you understood all the paperwork. And there was a lot if it. I would not hesitate to come back here to buy another vehicle in the future. Many thanks Dave and Erin. Special Handling of my Corvette My 2018 Corvette Stingray needed a new A/C compressor. This is a major 8 hour job that requires dropping the front engine subframe cradle. I live about 35 miles away from Boniface Hiers and took my car to them instead of my local in-town dealership because of recommendations to do so from Corvette Forums. I am glad I did. The prompt service began when Jim installed the interior protection in a spotless covered area where you leave and pick up your car. While Jim was doing this, Cliff Eanes who was my assigned service manager and I discussed the repair. My car was assigned to a top notch Corvette technician who is a master mechanic with all the corvette certifications and 15 years of knowledge. His name is William White and he quickly reported back that a new compressor was needed and it would have to be ordered. Cliff then offered me a loaner car and I left to wait, knowing my car was in good hands. Two days later the compressor came in and Cliff called me to let me know. He then kept me up to date on how the repair was proceeding, which ended up being completed when promised. Will White has my sincere appreciation because his competence is beyond reproach. Being rather obsessive about my Vette, I thoroughly checked his work and it was flawless. There was not one thing to complain about. I used to have dealership service department fear regarding my Vette, but not any more. Bonfiace Hiers will be my go-to dealership and I intend to spread the word among my local Corvette Club members. More
