We went with a family member to this dealership and two days later bought a vehicle of our own so I have something (as well as past experiences) to compare it with. It was the nightmare car sales you have heard of. They did not listen to one thing we said, continuously came back with just the opposite of what was requested, sent in another person and then another instead of one person dealing with us. After we asked for a specific price range and mileage they showed us cars thousands of dollars over and many miles over. It was just a total circus and they KNEW everything. In fact at a few points they told us things like "oh that brand car does not need a warranty the parts on that don't break"! How can someone even back a statement like this? From the very start of pulling in we were attacked, and one young salesman asked my cousin her credit score when she had only one foot outside the car door and prior to asking her name. It was AWFUL. Stay away from all Boniface Hiers in the Melbourne area. More
