Warped drums and brake pads not being adjust properly do not meet the manufacturers specs. I have written documents from your service dept that show what the last mechanic did to finally fix the issue. How brand new drums come from a manufacturer warped is just a mystery. The drum had to be cut twice and the pads adjusted which were not done the 3 previous times the car was brought in. They last time the car was brought in Mike Brown the General Manager test drove the car, heard the squeak and had the nerve to tell me all car breaks make that noise in the morning. He has done nothing but lie to us since the purchase of this vehicle. Mike Brown also promises a backup camera at the time of purchase over 4 weeks ago, during this time on several occasions I asked when the camera would be in. I was told the camera was ordered and was waiting for delivery. On my last visit March 12 when the brakes where finally fixed I asked again about the delivery of the backup camera and wasn’t given an answer. The next ed day March 13th I get a call from a subcontractor that said he was going to install the camera for us, I asked did he have the camera and I was told he ordered it that day and would have it in on Monday. The subcontractor was true to his word and recieved the unit on Monday and as promised it was installed on Tuesday. But yet again more lies from Mike Brown.
