Different service manager this time (who was excellent), but the same master service technician, William White (Will). Mr White is the one who has worked on my car twice now and let me tell you, he knows all the tricks needed to service Corvettes efficiently and effectively no matter how involved the job is. When I take a look at his work afterwards, I can't even tell that the car has been worked on, except the problem is fixed. Boniface Hiers Chevrolet is my go to dealership for anything on my Corvette. In fact I drive 35 miles one way to go there, despite having a local Chevrolet dealership just a few miles away More

I purchased a 2014 Jeep Compass on 2/18/20 the car has been back 3 times for the same issue with the brakes squeaking. They replaced the rear drums but not the pads, took it back again for the squeaking, been back 3 times for the same issue with the brakes squeaking. Take it back again and was told the new drums they installed over a week ago were warped, they cut the drums instead of installing new ones and the problem still is their. Now they are not willing to send a poter to bring me a loaner car and take my car to service. Their Matto is We Sell We Serve NOT true at all!!!!! I have been calling several times a day and leaving messages and NOT once has anyone returned a call. It may be time to get a Lawyer involved. It very sad how badly we have been treated. None their tells the truth or gives you a straight answer to anything. This break issue has caused my wife to be afraid to drive the car, in fact I will state here and now ( I am putting Boniface and all their Emily’s on legal notice that if anything happens to my wife or her Jeep due to this break issue their will be legal action taken. review, my issue with the..." As a follow up to my last review, my issue with the brakes squeaking when applied. I was back again today as per the direction of Mike Brown the General Manager for the 4 time in 4 weeks for the same issue. When I arrived Mr Brown took the car for a test drive to here the squeaking, at first he didn’t hear it but my wife and I could. He then said he heard the squeak and it was normal and that breaks make that noise in the mornings. I told him the breaks do that all the time. He proceeded to take the car to the service dept and told us to stay in the car while he talked to Jimmy the service Manager. Upon the completion of their conversation Mike Brown walk right past us and didn’t stop to let us know what the next step was, or explain what Jimmy was going to do or even acknowledge us in anyway. As per my last review this just reinforces my opinion that once the sale is complete the sales dept is done with you. Jimmy assigned Mike Miglionico to find the issue. Mike worked very diligently and kept us up to date on everything he was looking for and doing to solve the issue. Mike found that the pads where improperly adjusted and the drums needed to be cut yet again for the second time in 2 weeks. He explained and allowed me to see the issues with the drums. At that time he gave me his word he would solve this issue by cutting the drums again and adjusting the pads to function properly. 1 hour later he was done and taking us on a test drive. What 3 other service technicians couldn’t do this young man Mike Miglionico did. He is an amazing technician, a very respectful and responsible Man. If you ever have the need for service at this dealer and if you want the job done right ask for Mike M. As far as the Mike Brown his handling of this issue the last 4 weeks leaves something to be desired. His comment that all cars make that noise was such a rediculous statement. As for the backup camera he was to have ordered weeks ago as per the service manager indicated it was not ordered. I instructed Jimmy to stay on Mike Brown to get this resolved immediately. I have asked Mike Brown on several occasions what the status was on the camera and all he says is he ordered it. I have never seen any proof that it was ordered. Boniface-Hiers in Melbourne Fl. Diagnosed a problem with a 2016 Colorado that I had just purchased. The other dealership had done a 172 point inspection missed the issue and Jimmie Abshire the service and p a 2016 Colorado that I had just purchased. I arrived early for my scheduled appointment and ignored by my " service representative " . Never acknowledg me( no eye contact, " be with you in one minute " or anything) I waited for over 8 minutes befo by my " service representative " . Never acknowledg me( no eye contact, " be with you in one minute " or anything) I waited for over 8 minutes before I was finally helped by another representative. Service on truck took three hrs. Longer than expected for a standard maintenance appointment (oil change, tire rotation etc).????? More

Got screw in tire, dropped car off at service in the a.m- they ordered a tire. I went into work and they called me by 4:30pm. Car was done. Service and my service advisor Bobby was FANTASTIC!
