Brought my 30k mile 2020 Silverado in for service. Boniface as a dealer is clearly pushing “recommended” service which included a coolant flush, brake fluid change, transmission fluid and differential Boniface as a dealer is clearly pushing “recommended” service which included a coolant flush, brake fluid change, transmission fluid and differential service. Never heard of a vehicle with 30k mi needing any of this. All of these items are in the service manual to be done at 150,000mi, and 95,000mi or 5yr/3yr respectively. Have been coming to this dealership since 2009 and never had an issue until change of ownership. Extremely unfortunate, will not bring my vehicle back. More

The dealer has Poor communication between the customer as well as staff, at first communication it seemed like the sales man didn’t want to be bothered. They gave me low ball trade in offer.
