First, I want to say that I haven't gotten my Camaro fixed yet; the part is back-ordered however, I wanted to start this review now and will update after my car is actually fixed. My husband noticed on a Tuesday that the drivers side window was grinding and wouldn't go up. He went online to make an appointment (warranty work so have to go to the dealership). The first appointment available was the following Monday. Our window was all the way down, so my husband rigged a piece of cardboard in the window to keep bugs and critters out until we could get it into the dealership. We drop the car on a Monday. The service department stated that the part we needed was back ordered (not sure where they order from, but I looked online today at several parts places, include GM, and they all have parts available for electric windows). I should mention that my husband had to tell them 4 times that it was a 2019 Camaro and not a 2015. I'm not sure why they couldn't put the right year into the computer? I did make my husband call the following day to make sure they ordered the correct part because even when we arrived to pick up the car, they called it a 2015 again. We asked if they could at least get the window up so that we could drive it until the part came in. No, we can't do that; really? My husband and I got home and got the window 3/4 the way up. You can't tell me that they couldn't at least do that. They had the door pulled apart to see what was wrong, they could have lifted the window (I know it can be done; I've read directions on how to do it). Next, when we pick up the car, they tell us the keys are in it. I'm sorry, but I have a $30,000 car, window down, and they leave my keys in the car? Come to find out, they weren't in the car and it took them 10 minutes to find them. The next day, they call and say that we have to pay our deductible. I have to pay for work on my car before the work is even done, or they even have the part? We paid, but that isn't right. I have NEVER paid for anything before I got the product or service completed! If this wasn't warranty work, we would not be going here. I'm not sure why we are being treated this way. This kind of customer service is HORRIBLE!! I only pray that leaving this review won't adversely affect my car getting fixed. We have one of the premium Chevy cars and I don't appreciate being treated like this. We pay a lot of money for that car and I expect to be treated with respect at these dealerships. As I mentioned, my car isn't fixed yet. Once it is, I'll come back and update if it goes better than the initial assessment. I don't know if my husband dealt with any one person in the Service Department so I can't review an actual person. This review is as a whole, for the moment. More
