UPDATE: It didn’t get better. I received an email from the Service Manager, Glen, after I had sent him the initial review. The only thing he addressed in the review was the fact that they told us they wouldn’t put the window up for us. He told me to bring it in and he would have a tech do it. So why they said NO to begin with, is still a mystery. I should mention that neither my husband nor I have received any type of apology from anyone so far. This was on a Thursday; Glen then emailed back shortly after that and said that the part had been shipped and should be in by Monday. I told my husband that the part would be in on Monday; he took another look at the work order and noticed that the part number on it was for a 2015 Camaro. I emailed Glen back and told him, for the 5th time now, that it is not a 2015 Camaro, it is a 2019 Camaro. I received no response. My husband called the dealership to tell them the same thing and they swore they had the right part number. Monday came, they called us to tell us the part was in and to bring our car down. My husband waited there for 2 hours only to be told that it was the wrong part (it was the 2015 part not the 2019 part). Turns out they had the 2019 part in stock the entire time. So, we have been without our car for an entire month because they ordered the wrong part after us telling them 5 times what year the Camaro was. Additionally, if they had updated their system with the correct VIN number (standard practice), this would not have happened, but it doesn’t seem they can do that either. On Tuesday, they received the part and were fixing our car and then broke the window. Had to wait another day for them to fix our window. I should mention again that up to this point, neither of us have received any type of apology from anyone at this dealership. We finally have our car back and everything is fixed. I believe my husband finally received an apology from someone at the dealership when he went to pick the car up, but it is too little, too late for that. I don’t know if everyone in that service department is stupid, completely incompetent, or maybe they are racist and don’t like mixed couples. Whatever their “reason” may be, we have never endured such HORRIBLE customer service in our lives, even when blatant racism was involved. They did say they were going to send us a check in the amount of $122 as reimbursement for them fixing the front deflector that was cracked, and we paid for. We’ll see if that happens; we aren’t holding our breath. All in all, this was a terrible experience, and I would strongly suggest that if you aren’t a white male, DO NOT take your car here for any type of work.

John, I'm sorry for the breakdown experience, but very sure that Craig Hiers, your Service Manager will get you repaired and back on the road as soon as humanly possible. A breakdown so soon after purchase is quite the exception, not the rule. Thanks for bringing to our attention. Ask for Craig if you speak to the service Team, and he'll be very happy to assist.
