I took my car in for scheduled routine maintenance yesterday. I was greeted promptly in the service bay by a young man who signed me in, waited patiently while I gathered my purse and briefcase (he ev yesterday. Brian was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful as he completed the paperwork for the services needed. The waiting area includes a computer/work space, which was perfect for my needs.
