i want to take this time to rave over the service i receive from Bobby Sternberg. He always keeps us in the loop whenever we are in need of service on our 2021 Chevy Suburban. Bobby also provided a loa receive from Bobby Sternberg. He always keeps us in the loop whenever we are in need of service on our 2021 Chevy Suburban. Bobby also provided a loaner due to the extended time needed to repair our vehicle. which i am deeply appreciative. Surprisingly we receive our repaired vehicle faster than expected all due to Booby staying on top of things. He is very timely and an asset to your dealership. Always good, fast, and on time service. Trevor in the service department always has good communication with what is going on and tells me right away when the car is ready to be picked up. I bought a Nissan from this company and purchased the extended warranty. The transmission is going and I brought it in. I was told by the service rep that they refuse to honor the warranty since they don extended warranty. The transmission is going and I brought it in. I was told by the service rep that they refuse to honor the warranty since they don't work on Nissans. They refused to send it out and put for it. They also refused to reimburse me for the warranty they won't honor. I would NEVER shop here again. The dealer replied on Google asking me to email someone named Tom.
