I have been taking my vehicle here for the past 4 years for oil changes and warranty repairs. One of the service managers assisted me with an issue. Told me they would be in touch and true to their word th for oil changes and warranty repairs. One of the service managers assisted me with an issue. Told me they would be in touch and true to their word they called back with a resolution. I go to the same service advisor, Christine Pulice, almost every time I go the dealership. She is very attentive and always asks about my vehicle to determine if she is able to provide additional asstance for my vehicle. Its a pleasure to work with her when I need to bring my vehicle in. She instills trust and I know I will be well taken care of. She is definitely an asset the the service team! More

The entire experience here was excellent. Bradley did a fantastic job at helping us with a new 2026 colorado purchase. Jessica Maxwell was professional, courteous, efficient, knowledgeable and made me feel at ease. The work was done exceptionally well and the rotation of the tires and oil change, I could actually feel a di knowledgeable and made me feel at ease. Would give a negative star if there was one. I took my vehicle in for service on 6/20/25 due to 3 different issues. From the start, the service girl Cheyenne was rude, had attitude, her customer I took my vehicle in for service on 6/20/25 due to 3 different issues. From the start, the service girl Cheyenne was rude, had attitude, her customer service sucked. they DIDNT touch my vehicle until 6/30/25. For some of the same reasons as other reviewers. The warranty for LIFE is a complete joke and lies. Luckly, I have extended warranty. I needed a rental was told it would be covered for 10 days. I had to pay for it, and I would get reimbursed Finally, after multiple calls of checking on the status of my vehicle. I had to speak to service manager Tim to get answers. I was told by him 2 of my parts were in stock and would be put asap, the other would be coming in the next day and would also be put in ASAP that morning. That morning, I called and spoke to Cheyenne, she told me none of the parts were in. Hmm... not what I was told by service manager. I demanded that my vehicle be done by end of business 7/2/25. I turn my keys in for rental, I asked Cheyenne what the status of my vehicle her response was "didn't I tell you yesterday" excuse me!!! I don't care if you told me 2 hours ago, I want to know the status. So RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL to me as a customer. Again, called that day to make sure it would be done. Cheyenne told me she wasn't sure if it would be. Lies because I called back and spoke to someone else was told it was DONE and had been done. Picked up my car end of business. Then notice I had been charged for the rental car; I called the service manager Tim was told it would get taken care of. NOPE I had to call the general manager Mike and told it would be taken care of. After 2 weeks back in forth fighting and arguing to get my reimbursement between chevy manager Mike and Thrifty the rental place. Finally, I got it 3 weeks later. It was the worse experience I have EVER had. I do NOT recommend. Still to this day getting calls and texts from the sales department want me to business with them. The answer to that is a BIG xxxx NO!!!!! More
