Karly70_2015, Our Warranty Forever Program is the easiest way to have a client's vehicle repaired once the manufacturer's warranty has run out. At the time of purchase we go over the simple method to keep your Powertrain Warranty intact with no mileage or time limit by doing just the manufacturer's required maintenance at the proper intervals. The customer can service with us and all records are kept at our dealership. Instead, the customer may choose to service nearly anywhere in the U.S.A, and all that is required is that they call the Warranty Forever "800" number to get an authorization. The customer acknowledges and signs off at the time of purchase that they understand this procedure. It's THAT simple! I spoke with our service director Glenn H. and he said that unfortunately you had a friend do your oil changes, which would void the Warranty Forever. .
