Randy, I did a bit of due diligence with the managers at the Chevrolet store and I was able to determine that they had previously spoken with you regarding the "phone charger" option that you had wanted on the truck. They had explained to you that that particular model vehicle (that you chose) did not have the provision for the "wireless phone charger" and it was shown to you that on the label from the factory that there was a credit shown (so you did not pay for this option). Therefore, there was no reimbursement or compensation due to you. If you care to discuss this further, please contact our General Manager, Mike Brown at (321) 723-3611 as he has tried to call and speak to you, but apparently you have not returned his call.
