This was the 1st time I purchased a vehicle from Boniface Hiers Chevrolet, I live down in Palm Brach County so I never had a reason to travel so far to buy a car. Excellent choice, the most pleasurable experience I’ve ever had buying a vehicle and I’ve purchased a lot of vehicles in my past. I will make the trip again without regret. EXTREMELY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE So if I could give zero stars I seriously would after the experience I had with this dealership. So two days ago going to visit another dealership and leaving with a poor ta stars I seriously would after the experience I had with this dealership. So two days ago going to visit another dealership and leaving with a poor taste in my mouth I chose to goto aboniface and upon my arrival I was greeted by a gentleman Matt who was a sales rep and I had explained about how I just moved down here a few months ago from up north and was potentially looking into trading in my current vehicle because of how old it was and the mileage I explained that the dealership I purchased my truck from up north had screwed me and I now still owed $15,000 on my 2011 and had a car payment of over $500 a month he stated he fully understood and he had explained then that my best option would be instead of buying pre owned to look at brand new due to brand new could bury the negative equity on my truck and he could also keep in or lower round the car payment I have now so with that being said I had him show me a vehicle a 2023 Chevy Equinox LS to be exact and I fell in love with the car so I chose to look into moving forward having my truck appraised before anything upon my truck being appraised they come back willing to give me $4,000 for my trade in but now claiming they need $7,000 down and my car payment would range between $7-800 and I stated that in the beginning I told him I could not go any higher than where I’m at now with a car payment. He kept staring well you’re buying a brand new vehicle. Leaving me with a really sour taste in my mouth the final straw was after he showed me a run down of numbers and I stated I couldn’t I went to go take a photo of the breakdown when he quickly grabbed the paper off the desk and walked out throwing it in the garbage as he walked out then claimed he didn’t hear me claim to wanna take a photo of the breakdown. So again highly disgusted with this experience More

Terrible service department, I recommend NOT to service your car there or do business with Boniface-Hiers Chevrolet. The wait to bring my car in for service was 2 weeks. It took another 9 days for my your car there or do business with Boniface-Hiers Chevrolet. The wait to bring my car in for service was 2 weeks. It took another 9 days for my maintenance to be completed. My door lock was broken while it was there for service. When I discussed it with the service manager (Tim Wilkes) he was rude and combative, offering no help to make it right. More
