In researching this review with our Service Director, Glenn H., he stated that we replaced a front sensor in this customers vehicle and never did anything with his doors. The customer picked his vehicle up and called us 2 days later stating his door lock did not work, and that we broke it. We informed him that we did nothing to his doors and obviously it was working when he left the dealership ....and that we would be happy to take a look at it for him. The customer chose not to set an appointment due to the fact that our scheduling was a week out. For that, the customer was upset and hung up on our service manager Tim W. We are sorry to hear that the customer had a problem with his door lock, however we were not able to have a look at it due to the client hanging up rather than scheduling to have it inspected.
