Terrible service department, I recommend NOT to service your car there or do business with Boniface-Hiers Chevrolet. The wait to bring my car in for service was 2 weeks. It took another 9 days for my your car there or do business with Boniface-Hiers Chevrolet. The wait to bring my car in for service was 2 weeks. It took another 9 days for my maintenance to be completed. My door lock was broken while it was there for service. When I discussed it with the service manager (Tim Wilkes) he was rude and combative, offering no help to make it right. More

Worst customer service ever. I've had 3 complaints on my brand new chevy malibu, and not a single resolution. They always talk about how "swamped" they are. I bought my car on a Saturday and I was 1 of 2 customers on the entire lot. I tried talking to a manager. No response. The operator just sends you to whatever answering service is available. I'll never do business w this place again. The only reason I'm adding a star is because Tim, the service manager, is finally trying to make things right. He's the only saving grace. More
