Troy handled all aspects of my service appointment great. My only complaint is that this is my second time having service at this dealership on my 2023 corvette and I get it back with hand prints and smudge My only complaint is that this is my second time having service at this dealership on my 2023 corvette and I get it back with hand prints and smudges on the exterior paint. I am very meticulous with my vette and I do not even touch the paint. It’s spotless when I drop it off and that is how I expect it returned. This particular time there were hand prints on the driver door above the handle and on the sunroof. Clearly from leaning on while entering the vehicle and closing the door. There is no need for it. I truly hope the service manager reads this and can inform the techs that service to this type of vehicle should be handled with more delicate care. Thanks for hearing my words, Robert Rekar More

I took my 2018 Suburban to this dealership and advised that I suspected a module or the nav screen was having problems. They worked with my extended warranty company and ended up reprogramming module and that I suspected a module or the nav screen was having problems. They worked with my extended warranty company and ended up reprogramming module and screen. The dealership charged me $410 for this service as they advised reprogramming was not covered by warrantee. It did not cure the problem. I took the vehicle back in and it was indeed the screen that was bad. The extended warrantee covered part, but I had to pay the deductible and for a portion of the part that they would not cover. I again had to pay $234. I asked if they would at least apply the $100 deductible from what I paid on the programming , but was refused. The service advisor, Troy, advised me that I could submit the $410 charge to my extended warranty comp[any and that they would reimburse me. This turned out not to be true. Had they properly tested the vehicle after reprogramming, they would have found that what they did was not correct. In my opinion this company cheated me out of $410. BEWARE when dealing with this company's service as they are cheats and do not know what they are doing. More
The process at the beginning was a little frustrating with the typical dealership headaches pupping up that everyone talks about. Ed the sales guy was really experienced and knew his stuff. But you need to buy the finance guy some nice dealership pens so when someone cuts you 50,000$ check you can give ‘em a free pen with your advertising on it! But the STAR of your dealership is Koren - she saved the day!!!! She got the ball rolling on the add ons that we were waiting on - she was very professional and cared about our satisfaction. She needs to be promoted- she’s that valuable!! More
