In the past they have gone out of their way to honor my GMEPP warranty, where others have flatly denied there was an issue, (which was obvious and co In the past they have gone out of their way to honor my GMEPP warranty, where others have flatly denied there was an issue, (which was obvious and covered very clearly by TSBs that I printed out and brought in.) So I give them credit for not being like so many others. I do think we disagree on what a could rough/random idle is exactly, and how long it should take before a car runs off a straight road into a ditch when not holding the wheel, BUT all things considered, I would definitely, and will absolutely continue to bring my Chevrolet vehicles here. Zero complaints on the personnel, and the treatment of my vehicle. More
