It’s been one month with my car but it’s felt like an eternity because I’ve been commuting back and forth to this dealership to deal with the problems they leave me with and won’t work with me to solve them. Want an example? They lost the second key to the vehicle. Your trade in value PLUMMETS when this happens if it was the other way around and they just expect me to not care and not do anything about it unless I entrust them with the current only key to the vehicle. Finance department told me I was lying to my face when it was literally about my bank’s hours which is publicly available online to all and easily fact checked. Shop elsewhere. Disappointed entirely. 2 stars because they did most of the work I asked for correctly. Three things they didn't do well, -1 star for each one. First, I waited an hour for the service advisor to get finished with his current client while I watched several other advisors just hanging around that could have gotten me on my way quicker, since I was dropping the car off. Then, the advisor and the technician argued with me about what I knew my wheel and tire sizes were for rotation purposes, and I had to come up with a ruse to force the tech to confirm what I already knew, that he could rotate my tires, and they also left my e-brake cable hanging down under the car and misrouted after performing a fuel filter replacement, that I had to go and fix myself. Paying that ridiculous dealership hourly service charge, I don't expect to have to repair things when I get home, but I was for sure not bringing it back to them. More

I went to the Part Dept. to get some side steps for my truck. They had them in stock(very nice!!) . I wanted to put them on myself and was told to go on side of building and to get some side steps for my truck. They had them in stock(very nice!!) .
