I ended up behind the wheel of a new Tacoma. Bill Kelsoe did an excellent job earning my business, I put him through the paces with research and questions (and maybe a bit of haggling) and he was very courteous throughout the entire 3-day process. Bill made sure I didn't spend any unnecessary time at the dealership waiting on paperwork either. Instead, I was able to communicate via text message. I'm busy (aren't we all) and I know they don't like potential customers leaving the lot, but I really appreciate their willingness to work around my schedule. The icing on the cake was both Jonathan Sewell and Cheryl Cashin's professionalism. Jonathan answered all my questions about another used vehicle and gave me above KBB on my trade-in. Cheryl had the financing ready, so when I showed up to get the keys, it only took a few moments to sign then drive. Overall, not once did I feel like I was dealing with a "car salesman". This was my second Toyota purchase from Bondy's Toyota - and definitely wont be my last! More
