Didn't think we would end up walking out of there with a car So my husband and I were looking to trade in our 2013 Chevy Malibu for hopefully an SUV. I was looking at Dodge, Jeep, Chevy, Honda and of course Toyo So my husband and I were looking to trade in our 2013 Chevy Malibu for hopefully an SUV. I was looking at Dodge, Jeep, Chevy, Honda and of course Toyota. Well after seeing probably about 6 dealerships in the past 2 months, I decided to check out Bondys Toyota. Now here in south Alabama, were very limited to where we can buy our vehicles. However, we weren't treated like that. Gary at Bondys Toyota made us feel like we could have gone anywhere and instead we chose them. Not only that but he even made see we got the best possible deal we could have gotten. Also, even though many dealers just leave you to your own things after you sign the financial paperwork, Gary made sure we had the car to our specification and even went step by step through almost the entire process and did not once lean our side until we left the lot with our new RAV4. Like I said in the title, we didn't expect to be walking out of the dealership with a new car but seeing how much Gary did for us and how much he treated us like family, gave the right push into buying our new car. Amazing service I went there with an interest in trading in my vehicle. Upon arrival I was greeted and helped immediately. Corey walked around and helped me pick out a car that was in my price range and one that fit my wants. We then worked out the trade in agreement and I got more than expected on my trade in! Then the finance department helped me work out a loan. They were willing to work with me and my payment options in order to get me the vehicle. Since the windshield had a crack in it they needed to take it to the service department and they fixed that for me. It has been an overall amazing experience and I thank them all for it! More
