Outstanding Customer Service! I visited Bondy's Toyota on July 29th to have some routine maintenance done. When I arrived, Frances was the one that greeted me and got all of my inf I visited Bondy's Toyota on July 29th to have some routine maintenance done. When I arrived, Frances was the one that greeted me and got all of my information from my vehicle. I waited on my vehicle in the waiting room. Once my vehicle was ready, Frances approached me and told me my vehicle was ready and showed me where to check out. Once I started to leave, I asked her if she knew where my vehicle was parked, because it was storming and I didn't see it. She actually went out in the rain and pulled my vehicle under shelter so I wouldn't get soaked. Every employee that approached me was friendly and offered food they had in the lobby. This was my first visit and I received outstanding customer service. I will definitely be returning. Thank you Bondy's Toyota! More
