Hi Brittny! The key blank was not the responsibility of Bondy's Nissan as it was ordered at the same time as the fob. Service for the arrival of the fob was exceptional - two days. It is Nissan NA that is at fault. Something as simple as a key blank should not be a supply concern for the mother company, I would think. All is well with me with respect to Bondy's Nissan with the exception of my missing Kayson, but I am happy for his progression with Bondy's. Awaiting notification of the arrival of the blank by my new service advisor, Paul, or another person. Have a blessed day. Bill .
