Matt Andres is the best advisor I have dealt with at any dealership. He was awesome. Service and Maintenance Matt was my poc for this viist. I had brought car for a vibration in front end following having 2 rims replaced last week. Matt was courteous and provided frequent updates regarding work being done. There was no charge for the work and advised to return if problem persisted but on test drive seemed OK per svc mgr. I have not driven car far enough to tell if issue is completely resolved, however, due to courtesy and professionalism of Mat and others I would use this dealership again. More
Service, Unsatisfied Maintenance I brought my car into Bondy's Ford for service concerns with an appointment on March 28, 2016 at 7:30 am. My service provider was Lori. My car was not I brought my car into Bondy's Ford for service concerns with an appointment on March 28, 2016 at 7:30 am. My service provider was Lori. My car was not serviced at the schedule appointment time. After talking with Lori later that day, I was told that they found the issues concerning my car and that my car wouldn't be ready until 2:30 p.m. the next day. I called Lori to check on my car Tuesday and I was told it was ready for pick up at 10:30 a.m. that morning. I picked my car up and drove it home Tuesday. I had not driven the car until Wednesday morning. When I moved my car Wednesday I noticed the issue in which I brought my car in for service was not fixed. I called Lori and explained the problem, and she advised me that it was probably some oil the mechanic left behind that he didn't clean well and for me to bring the car back and they will take care of it. I drove my car back to Bondy's Ford and waited for them to check the leak. After waiting, I was told by Lori that my car checked out fine and that I was good to go. I start my car and heard a noise that it has never made before I turned the car off and gave the key back to Lori. I told Lori and the service guy my car drove fine until I brought it in to be serviced. The service guy took my keys and started my car and he said he didn't hear anything, and that if I had any problems to bring it back. I got in my car and headed straight home, and as I was driving my car it started to lose power, jerk, and hesitate. Soon as I got home, I looked under the hood of my car to see what they have done when I noticed some parts on my car was not connected. I was furious, I called Bondy's Ford and asked to speak to Roy. I told him how unsatisfied I was with the work done on my car, and how I was charged for work that wasn't necessary and not taking care of the issues that I brought my car in for. Roy took my name and number and told me that someone will be getting back with me and I haven't heard anything since then. J. Smith More

Service, repair on my Lincoln. Although my experience yesterday at Bondy's (headed up by Matt) was exceptional, I can't give 5stars for this reason. I had my car in twice (probably 6mobths earlier)for a noise I kept hearing. Although several drivers tried to hear it on,y one did. So if bourse I thought Great now I can get it fixed. That didn't happen because apparent they could not find the problem on the other two occasions. I could still hear it off and on but didn't go back. I kinda felt like I was a pain to them. I can say I was upset after the second time because I obviously knew something was going on and it made no sense to me that they found nothing and I thought who would spend their time in a service dept if they didn't have too. Anyway I actually want to praise the entire team today for the prompt and efficient manner in which they handled my repair. Matt was professional, listened to me ( he actually heard what I had to say) and was very honest and forthright. He is truly an asset to Bondy's. I have no idea if he was there before but I would guess not. Or maybe he was off the times before. I did not feel the service was the same at that time. I really appreciate honesty and integrity.
