Joel was my service technician, Vicki my customer service rep - both were exceptional. Originally I went to Bondy's about six months ago because I had some mechanical issues while driving in Dothan - they completed the repairs and I was on my way. Since I live in Enterprise, I had some radiator issues and decided to take my car to the Ford dealership there - which they fixed and charged me roughly $500. Well, couple of months latter the car is leaking fluid, overheating and the smell coming from the engine is awful. So, reluctant to take it back to the Enterprise Ford dealer - I drive to Dothan and Bondy. got there near closing, dropped my car off and they drove me over for a rental - $30 a day. Can't beat it. Anyway, within an hour of getting to work the next day Joel calls and they have found the issue - exactly what the Enterprise folks told me they fixed and billed me for. Long story short - Joel and the Bondy team repaired my car, Vicki helped me get back and forth with the rental - within 24 hours I have a smooth running car. Also asked them to check my brakes - since the Enterprise Ford dealer told me they needed replacement - well, it turns out I still have some pad left and the brakes are good - Bondy of Dothan - I'm a fan! More

Dishonest dealer. I bought a 2016 Tahoe from this dealer in the fall of 2018. Not only did i have issues shortly after driving off the lot but in the few months since t I bought a 2016 Tahoe from this dealer in the fall of 2018. Not only did i have issues shortly after driving off the lot but in the few months since the seater heater on the driver seat quit working as well as there are issues with the anti-lock brakes none of which has been covered but the "bumper to bumper" extended warranty they sold me. Basically they will lie to your face without any hesitation. I do not recommend doing business with this dealership. More
