This dealership is a joke. Last year I brought my car in because the gas mileage was horrible (I have a hybrid). The dealership in Chicago where I was fixed the problem, and that problem fixed the gas mileage problem. Lat week I made an appointment for an oil change and they quoted me $64 and some change for The Works. Today, I went to get said oil change and when I went to pay for it, it was $85 and some change. When I told them I was quoted $64, I got "it must have been the new girl quoting from the old price list." I'm like, and that's my problem? Well, needless to say, I had to pay $85. While I realize it is only $20 more than quoted, it was still more than I quoted. I AM SO MAD!!! More

Bought a new 2023 Ford Maverick Hybrid XL from Bondy's Ford of Dothan, AL. My salesman Scott Carter was easy to work with and patient with all the questions I had about the vehicle. I didn't like the DOC Ford of Dothan, AL. My salesman Scott Carter was easy to work with and patient with all the questions I had about the vehicle. I didn't like the DOC fee charged since I paid full retail sticker price but most all dealerships are doing this and since Covid screwed up our supply chains and this particular truck is in high demand that is the norm for now. The sales manager Mike Williams was upfront about the fees they charged and they didn't try to slip any charges in after a price was agreed upon and the paperwork process was smooth. Had to wait 6 months for delievery but that is due to the high demand and is a sign of the times. I did get $500 discount for being an ALFA insurance customer so keep that in mind when your shopping for a new vehicle. More
