Well I took my truck in for a repair and the service guy told me I would be charged 1 hour then when I got my bill it was 1.5 hour of work and they told me 1 hour so I went and talked to the service manager told me I would be charged 1 hour then when I got my bill it was 1.5 hour of work and they told me 1 hour so I went and talked to the service manager and tried to explain the situation to him . He basically belittled me and said my services to my truck was keeping him from real paying customers. I was a customer no matter what he felt about it. They say one thing and do another which is so wrong to do to someone. I repeat do not take your vehicle to these people they are dishonest and do not care about there customers concern at all. They need to be retrained in how customer service works. I will never take another vehicle to people that do not care at all. And that they charged me more than what they said from the beginning.
