We bought a Wagoneer from this place and had the absolute worst customer service experience we’ve ever had. Our salesman, Jeison, was horrible to deal with, had no knowledge of any of the vehicles we looked worst customer service experience we’ve ever had. Our salesman, Jeison, was horrible to deal with, had no knowledge of any of the vehicles we looked at, was unprofessional and had terrible communication the entire time. Outside of the extreme incompetence of Jeison, the dealership lost our financing paperwork (which took a month for their finance department to figure out). Once they found that out they made us sign new documents and told me they’ll keep issuing me a new temp plate until we received our new one. We bought our car middle of October. It is now middle of December. My wife has an expired plate on the car, Jeison and the finance department refuse to help us, and when we call the dealership, it seems nobody in leadership exists. This is a sham operation with an obscene amount of incompetence. I have family that own car dealerships, so I know how these deals work. It’s not supposed to work this way. More
