While I only have good things to say about their sales team when I purchased both my 2020 and 2022 trucks From Vladimir and Carlos their service department is another story. When I got back from vacation last Tuesday nov 29th they still had my truck in the parking lot telling my sales manager Carlos, that it was up next to be worked.on. I contacted the service department that Thursday Dec.1 and again they replied that my truck would be next.. Needless to say i have not heard back from them yet.
