Bought a truck, customer service was below aveage Purchased a brand new 2019 Ram Rebel. The salesman did not explain any of the features or how to set anything up. Left the dealer with 3/4 tank of gas Purchased a brand new 2019 Ram Rebel. The salesman did not explain any of the features or how to set anything up. Left the dealer with 3/4 tank of gas and that same night my windshield washer fluid light came on. Every time I've purchased a vehicle they always top off all the fluids and fill the gas tank. I've also always received a walk through of the vehicle explaining most of the features. The salesman was not honest regarding pricing either was given a monthly payment quote based off of 72 months and when I sat down with the finance guy the quote was based off of 84 months. The finance guy did however offer the best customer service I received. All in all I would not purchase another vehicle from this dealership. More
