Good experience overall I purchased 2 cars within the same time Ram 1500 Big Horn, Jeep Grand Cherokee Altitude and the salesperson ULISES RIVAS RODRIGUEZ really went over t I purchased 2 cars within the same time Ram 1500 Big Horn, Jeep Grand Cherokee Altitude and the salesperson ULISES RIVAS RODRIGUEZ really went over to do his best to get the process done with and was there in complete transactions to expedite and for me to waste the least amount of time as possible. What I would really like to complaint and criticize is the final pickup which I stressed to him to completely detail the finish on these 2 new cars, and the truth is that nothing was done and when I complained to him he understood and took the car back somewhere and he came back 5 min later with a rag in his hands and I could tell it was him who wiped it down. Very good and effort on his behalf. When I arrived home I myself detailed both vehicles inside and out, Leaves in hood, finger prints all over windows , foot stains carpet. Very bad way to give out final product. I shouldn't had have to point this out. But The sales person regardless gets a 10 from me for his overall effort in the sales process. More
