Scott Ritter the GM was outstanding, answering questions and making sure we were satisfied with our experience. We had a new salesman, who is just getting started named Scott and he was great. If he didn’t know the answer to a question, he simply excused himself and asked another salesman or the floor manager, he didn’t makeup answers if he didn’t know, I really appreciated that. You have to learn as you go and I thought he did a great job. The facility was very clean and the employees were all dressed in either a uniform or nice dress clothes, it screamed highly professional. Car buying has never been a fun experience for me, today it was. More
