Sales Scam I bought a car from this dealership but the sales representative brought us in with false promises. The sales representative said that if we scheduled I bought a car from this dealership but the sales representative brought us in with false promises. The sales representative said that if we scheduled an appointment with him, then they would be able to drop 500.00 dollars from the price. We did exactly what the sales representative asked us to do and we get to the dealership at the time we were scheduled. Price on the car was negotiated and when the numbers were to be considered we asked customers asked for the 500.00 dollars from the sales associate that was promised as well as texted to us. The sales associate was infuriated that we wanted to discuss and would not do as promise. When we asked to speak to the manager he did not want us to do so, so we had to demand to speak with him. When we explained the situation to the manger he was more than happy to assist us and get the problem resolved. However, the sales representative kept screaming in the store that he would not sell us the car, his promises about the extra he was going to provide for us w the car he flat out told us he wouldn’t give it to us because what “we did to him”, and then he got on the phone and spoke extremely bad about us while we were in the fiancé office. He was telling the person on the line that he he had done a deal w us that would now cost him. Also when it came to signing the papers he threw the papers on our table and did not sit to explain any part of what we were signing. Sales reps do not promise or bring in customer with false promises when you cannot keep them. The sales manager did act accordingly and we are thankful for his help, however the sales rep left my husband and I with a sour taste in our mouth with our buying experience. The treatment we received because we made him pull through to his part of his deals and promises does not give this sales rep the right to treat us this way in the dealership. We are extremely saddened and very disappointed by the way the sales rep acted. More
