He had quoted us a price over the phone and that was exactly what the deal was. Everything was going smoothly, until I received a phone call from a US Bank representative, It turns out Mr Angel Hernandez, finance manager, had applied to 3 different finance companies, hence getting 3 credit inquiries, without my permission! Since then I have worked and received advice Frank Vargas at sales and Marlene Garcia at service. Marlene and Frank had become my personal TO GO people when I go to the dealership. They both have given EXCEPTIONAL customer service since day 1 up to this date, moreover they have become good friends of the whole family, nothing but good things I would say about them both, 5 stars are insufficient, they deserve more. In fact, if anyone asks me where to purchase a car and who to talk to, I recommend Frank and Marlene with my eyes closed. Yesterday (10/23/2019), we purchased our new vehicle with Frank, and he worked directly with the sales associate, Sadek Cristia. It is the first time I receive Sadek's advice and aid in purchasing a car at Planet Dodge, and to be honest, he went beyond his duties in this transaction. Sadek gave his best efforts to complete the transaction fast. The only issue we had (not Sadek's responsibility) when we were about to leave, the car wash employees lost the car keys. Having that issue at that time, Sadek immediately requested a copy of the keys with service and diligently resolved the issue. 5 stars to Sadek this time, for being honest, professional and an effective problem solver. I definitively would keep purchasing future vehicles at Planet if the dealer keeps working with this high level employees and associates. Thank you. More
