We had no problems with the sales team and negotiating a price and then we had to sit there for almost FIVE HOURS to actually purchase the vehicle. I don't know what took so long to be able to meet with the price and then we had to sit there for almost FIVE HOURS to actually purchase the vehicle. I don't know what took so long to be able to meet with the finance person and sign the paperwork, but it is ridiculous that a customer has to sit around in the showroom and wait FIVE HOURS. We were not the only customers that day that was there for several hours just waiting to purchase our new vehicles. Then when we finally got to the office to sign our paperwork the finance person was the most unfriendly and unhelpful person. He acted as if we were keeping him from doing ANYTHING else other than helping us. He didn't explain any of the forms he wanted us to sign, he just pointed out to initial or sign here. When we did ask about a form he would give a VERY BRIEF description about the form and behave as if our questions were completely annoying him. When we finally finished that "painful" and uncomfortable task we had to go to the cashiers window. She was friendly, but seemed completely unorganized and that also took a VERY LONG time. I could not wait to get away from that dealership and I will NEVER purchase a vehicle from Bomnin Chevrolet again! More
