THIS REVIEW IS ABOUT THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT. I BROUGHT MY CAR ON SATURDAY JANUARY 11TH FOR THE USUAL OIL CHANGE. AFTER 2 HOURS OF WAITING I ASKED ONE OF THE YOUNG LADIES IF SHE KNEW IS MY CAR WA I BROUGHT MY CAR ON SATURDAY JANUARY 11TH FOR THE USUAL OIL CHANGE. AFTER 2 HOURS OF WAITING I ASKED ONE OF THE YOUNG LADIES IF SHE KNEW IS MY CAR WAS READY. SHE ASKED FOR MY PHONE NUMBER SHE CHECKED AND TOLD ME THERE IS NOTHING ON THE COMPUTER ABOUT MY CAR. LET ME SAY THAT I WAS NOT IN A HURRY I WAS JUST SURPRISED IT HAS TAKEN OVER TWO HOURS. I HAVE BEEN BRINGING MY CAR HERE SINCE 2021. I SAT DOWN HOPINGSHE WOULD GET ME AN ANSWER. AFTER SEVERAL MINUTES I GOT UP, AND ASKED IF SHE HAD BEEN ABLE TO FIND ANY INFORMATION ABOUT WHETHER OR NOT MY CAR WAS READY, SHE SEEMED BOTHERED BY THE QUESTION, LOOKED AT ME SWUNG HER ARM AND WHILE LOOKING AT HER COMPUTER IN QUITE A NASTY WAY WAY, SAID "GO SEE YOUR ADVISOR" TO WHICH I RESPONDED "EXCUSE ME?" I WAS SHOCKED AND THE WAY SHE RESPONDED AND HER NASTY ATTITUDE. I ALL THESE YEARS I HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED THIS AT THIS DEALER. I TOLD HER THAT, THAT IS NOT MY JOB, IT IS HER JOB TO FIND OUT THE STATUS OF MY VEHICLE, TO WHICH SHE RESPONDED, WELL THERE IS ONLY TWO OF US HERE (AT THE CASHIER'S WINDOW) AND I TOLD HERE THAT THIS IS NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE. I WAS NOT IN A HURRY, AT ALL I JUST WANTED TO INQUIRE ABOUT THE STATUS OF MY. THIS IS LIKE LY THE LAST TIME I BRING MY VEHICLE HERE. I HONESTLY THERE ARE WAY TOO MANY PLACES TO GET AN OIL CHANGE AND I DONT NED TO PUT OF WITH THESE PEOPLE WHO OBVIOUSLY HAVE NOT HAD PROPER CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING.
