The price they advertise is a fiction. First, they always have dealer added accessories at a huge markup, and they know they do and won't remove them, but do not show them in the price. Then the price they show contains all discounts, even if the discounts can not apply together. Also, they advertise cars for sale that they don't actually have for sale. For example the car I was interested in was apparently being used as a courtesy car, and they were not actually willing to sell it. But they still let me drive 8 hours to buy it. Its xx. To keep this charade going, they will not tell you much of anything on the phone, everything has to be done in person at the stealership. These deceptive practices by dealers are why direct to consumer Tesla style shopping will end up putting these folks out of business, or at least I hope so. More
