Credit score drop by almost 100 points because of this dealer. If you don’t want your credit ruin by Jose Estrada (finance mgr.) then don’t bother going to this dealership. Long story short I traded a lease vehicle to finance a Chevy. Jose Estrada apparently spent two months figuring out the payout. Apparently he wasn’t able to get in contact with anyone at Ford. What he couldn’t do in two months took me two minutes to get him a name and number who he needed to speak with and make the payoff. Remind you he ask me to call. Yes I did his job for him. Now my credit is ruin thanks to his negligence and not informing me of the situation. To get a letter from Chevy to explain what happen so I can send it to the credit bureau was almost as difficult. After excuses I finally got the letter from Jose Estrada via email never by mail. Chevy drop the ball and handle this situation poorly I wonder if the GM thinks this is acceptable and knows about this situation because I haven’t received any calls from the GM. Not a satisfied customer. More
