Contract issues Hello, I recently purchase a Chevy truck from Bomnin Chevrolet which was advertised for 57k. I set up a meeting with one of the sales associate to Hello, I recently purchase a Chevy truck from Bomnin Chevrolet which was advertised for 57k. I set up a meeting with one of the sales associate to look and test drive to make sure this was the truck that fit my needs. After spending 1-2 hours I decided to purchase the truck with agreed price of 64k which included all taxes, fees, transfers, everything out the door, everything, total price. Me and my wife went with Raul Martin Sale Consultant to sign the contract in his office. He pulled up the contract on his computer table desk and proceeded to have me up fill out the contract by signing my name to the areas that needed signed. Never once did he go over any details of the contract such as extra warranty, car wax, extra insurance, other aftermarkets items, more taxes, more taxes again, $299 wheel lugs (that I never received and was charged for), maintenance agreement, etc. which I never ask for any of these item which added an additional 14k on top of the 64k. Mr. Martin never explained or showed me and my wife any of the extras including my interest rate of 9.4% but just keep adding all to the contract without my knowledge. I ask him for the contract to look over and he gave me a USB flash device and said you can look it over on your computer. When I got home to look at the contract I was completely taken advantage of and violated.This was planned and stage to add thousands to my contract for the simple purpose of gouging and greed. I call Mr. Raul Martin and address these concern and why I wasn't told or ask about all these extra charges. I told him that I was told by my sale associate and himself the truck would be 64k out the door, not 77k! There was a silence on the phone and then a lot of back tracking. I told him I didn't ask for any of these item and wanted them removed from my contract immediately. He said I would need to come back in and he could remove them. I schedule an appointment with Mr. Martin and when I arrived to his office he said that all these extra charges would be removed but would take the next billing cycle for the paperwork to go through and the new balance would show on my payoff amount, I reluctantly agree. I ask him for my revise copy of my new contract amount, he wouldn't let me have it or see it. I ask him many times over and over again and he refuse to give it to me. I made him sign a dollar amount of 64k which was original agreed price. Fast forward 3 weeks (2/15/19) when I made my first payment, I talked the the lender about what happen to me at Bomnin Chevrolet and how Mr. Martin just added 14K to my contract without my knowledge. She was taken back and was putting a complaint letter to Bomnin Chevrolet from GMAC Financial. To this day, Mr Raul Martin and Bomnin Chevrolet hasn't sent in the revised paperwork to my loan which I'm paying a very high interest rate of 9.4% on an additional 14k. If I knew my interest rate was 9.4 I would have NEVER bought this truck, PERIOD! Like I stated before, they didn’t give me any information and was very deceptive. This behavior is unethical and in my opinion is criminal. This is legal thief operation that Mr.Raul Martin and Bomnin Chevrolet has incorporated in their business. Please.... I need help! More

Worst customer service I have ever experienced I gave one star because it would not allow me to give 0. 20 days in the shop for a brake job, new front struts and front cover leak. No one calls you to update nor do they answer phone calls. Car sat there for 6 days before adjuster from the warranty company was call which took another 48 hours for him to show up, meanwhile I am paying for a rental car. Found a not on final invoice today after picking up my car saying battery was leaking acid, however I was never informed of this issue. WORST SERVICE and absolutely worst customer service. I have left too many messages for the service manager Juan Aleman to even count, not one has been returned. More
