Because Oregon point blank lied to me about a truck that was “physically on the lot.” Drove over an hour to get the exact vehicle I wanted and it was in fact not on the lot and still in transit. Went to look at a “similar” vehicle on the lot and it did not have the options I wanted. I ended up getting a truck that is not what I wanted because I needed a truck last weekend (why I drove so far to get the vehicle I wanted). The salesman (Jonathan) did try to deliver good customer service but I was aggravated the entire time. The finance person barely said a word the entire transaction and acted mad at me. After everything was done, waited almost two hours to get my vehicle and drive home. I’m disappointed because nobody has responded to my negative review (which says a lot) and I wanted to like this dealership based upon the owners philanthropy. Maybe I had bad luck with one dishonest salesman? Such a shame... More

I purchased a used vehicle I saw online at at a very good price. (The added fees I thought were a little high). The dealership does have a very large inventory and selection on their lot. Well the service area is more than excellent, but the mechanics don’t seem to know what they are doing because I have taken my truck 6 times for my AC bad smell and they can not fix my problem and then t mechanics don’t seem to know what they are doing because I have taken my truck 6 times for my AC bad smell and they can not fix my problem and then they create another mechanical issue where my AC cold air is not working at times, I’m tired of having to bring my truck and not getting fixed I be live I’m going to see my lawyer to see what we can do about this issue, or get it fix or get another truck in exchange MR.
