Purchase a vehicle in July - very happy with purchase (and salesman). Finance department had very little customer service skills but oh well. Price was good and delivery fine. Didn't mind too much overpaying for electronic filing and title delivery. But that was July and now it is almost December - and no title in spite of overpaying for quick delivery. I need the title and they will not answer my phone calls, emails or texts. PS - they also overcharged me on sales tax too. More
