I had to get my car repaired and it isn’t always easy dealing with the insurance company and the repair guys. Jason made the process smooth and easy. Great service, only took an hour and a half to get my oil changed and vehicle inspected, very friendly staff. I've had to come back multiple times to get the same service done for my Bolt recall. Not only that, but the online scheduling feature with my Chevrolet app, doesn't even work for this location. Dropped the car off Thursday and did hear from anyone. Called on Tuesday to see the car had been checked out and the service had no clue about the status of the vehicle. Wednesday we were contacted to let us know what was wrong with the vehicle. Called the dealership to let them know we were coming to pick up the vehicle. We showed up and the keys was not at the service desk. Had to edit around 30 minutes before we could pay and leave. It took almost a week for the diagnosis. The service department was apologetic.
