Now entering my third week since I dropped my vehicle off for repair. They took my money, but did not repair the vehicle. The worst service and experience ever at a car dealership. The salesman and finance manager messed up the paperwork and had me sign for a car that I was not interested in. I drove home the vehicle I originally thought I had purchased for 1 month before the salesman called me back to the dealership and informed me the paperwork was signed for another car with a different VIN that was still parked on the sales floor. They told me I had no choice but to take the car I did not want back home and there was nothing they could do to help change the VIN number they messed up. I would not recommend this dealership because I was driving a car that was unregistered and uninsured for 1 month before someone noticed something was not right. Additionally they lost the second pair of keys to the second vehicle and had me come in multiple times to the dealership, Lastly the service department was attempted to make me pay for the programming for the second key they lost. More
Awful service. I took my car in for a check engine light and I approved repairs for $630. When I picked up my car, the light came back on almost immediately. I took the car back and their procedure is for the same technician to see the car, but he was out, followed by the service advisor being off. I never received a call on the status of my repair, so I called the service department daily to get a status of my vehicle, but continually got the response that they were backed up with work. After a week, they said they didn't know what was wrong with my vehicle so they recommended a NEW ENGINE for almost $9000. To add injury to insult, they tried charging me a second diagnostic fee... for doing nothing and wasting my time! This was the absolute worst experience I have had with a dealership service department. More

Lack of communication, I had to call for status twice to find out what was going on. Though they fixed the grounding wire problem (a week later), separately the A/C was working fine before I dropped it off, find out what was going on. Though they fixed the grounding wire problem (a week later), separately the A/C was working fine before I dropped it off, then at pickup, I'm informed there is a refrigerant leak and coincidentally the AC is not working after I pick it up. I've been driving cars for 40 years, and I understand sometimes things break, but I find it hard to believe the AC was suddenly not working after they completed an invasive repair. The service person gave me no apology, no compassion , no empathy, and simply stated they didn't cause it, offering no solution and no possibility it could have happened during repair. More
