We brought our 2015 Suburban in because it was making a loud clanking noise when we turned. The technician said they heard the noise but didn’t know what it was, so they told us to wait for it to break the loud clanking noise when we turned. Took it somewhere else where they actually diagnosed the problem, ball joints were locked up. Had we waited for it to break it could have caused a fatal accident. I would never recommend this dealership’s service department. More
