Called and made appointment for fog light replacement for Thursday of same week ( called on Monday). Tried to confirm Thursday morning. Told me no part was ever ordered. Offered zero explanation!! Service department went out of their way. Both visits to the dealership to make repairs to a vehicle that the dealership sold me only 38 days prior. Both issues were because of engine light c Both visits to the dealership to make repairs to a vehicle that the dealership sold me only 38 days prior. Both issues were because of engine light codes, resulting in thermostat replacement, transmission issues both times. The 2017 Chevy Colorado only 38 days off the lot was taken well care of by the service department. Hopefully I do not need to return for a third visit for similar issues. CUDOS Service Department for taking care of a distraught customer of a used vehicle sold by The Sales Department. More
