State inspection First of all, it took over 2 hours for the state inspection to be completed which is unacceptable. This was never communicated to us that it would ta First of all, it took over 2 hours for the state inspection to be completed which is unacceptable. This was never communicated to us that it would take so long. We were told that they were at lunch and would take care of it as soon as they came back. Secondly, the inspector had a list of several things he failed our box truck for. We took the truck for a second option and there were only 2 things that caused it to fail not 6. Furthermore, the truck did not come with clearance lights when we bought it from you in 2012 and had never failed for that in all these years. If that was required, Chevrolet would have included it as it would be a safety issue. Furthermore, there is nothing wrong with the seatbelt. We have been using your company/location for repairs for many years but will most likely not return again. More
